Job Summary As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and installing mechanical and electronic components in industrial systems. This role requires basic mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail. Training is provided. Key Responsibilities Assemble components and systems according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to ensure all products are built and tested per documented procedures Inspect parts to ensure they meet company quality standards Assist with the assembly and installation of electronic components in industrial systems Assist with the assembly and installation of hydraulic systems Install and wire control modules, electronic sensors, and electrical harnesses Troubleshoot and conduct functional testing of electronic and electrical systems Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications & Skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints Ability to use common shop tools Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Willingness to learn and take direction Overhead crane and forklift training an asset (training provided if needed) Experience in hydraulic and electrical systems is a plus Working Conditions Full-time, on‑site Clean and safe work environment Regular hours with occasional overtime Compensation & Benefits Employer‑paid benefits for employee Paid time off Paid training provided Safety boot allowance Company‑paid uniform All tools and equipment provided by ODRA Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Management and Manufacturing Industries Machinery Manufacturing Location Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada Salary CA$25.00–CA$30.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
