We’re fast‑paced, pursue excellence in everything, and have much fun along the way What You Will Be Doing Design, build, and improve our internal cloud infrastructure to offer our internal developers an OpenStack/Terraform/Ansible hosting system based on Hyper‑V. Work in our Private cloud IT team and liaise closely with multi‑discipline squads and other SREs to set up such infrastructure. Propose and develop solutions to aid modernization of existing processes and infrastructure, maximizing scalability and availability of our platforms and services. Measure, monitor availability, latency, and overall system health, understanding trends and capabilities per our key performance indicators. The platform must run continuously. Account for security constraints linked to our ISO27001 certification and uphold related responsibilities. Support implementation of secure design principles according to Information Security policies and standards. Requirements Strong and demonstrable passion for constantly learning and continuously improving, familiarity with industry‑leading DevOps/SRE tools, best practices, and technologies. Main Responsibilities Design, document, install, and maintain our SaaS application infrastructure. Work closely with operational and R&D teams to understand requirements and pain points. Provide expertise and assist operational teams in their day‑to‑day activities. Detect and troubleshoot problems when they arise. Experience 3+ years of experience in: Developing or operating mission‑critical systems on virtualized environments. Installing and running containerized applications on Linux systems. Developing with and using orchestration tools such as Ansible. Technical Skills Docker containerization (Build to runtime, Compose or Swarm). Monitoring and logging tools such as Elastic/Kibana, Prometheus/Grafana, or equivalents. Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, Mongo. Networking and working with HTTP and proxies. IaC provisioning and tools: Terraform, OpenStack. Programming languages: Java, Python, C#, etc. Email sending and deliverability constraints (SPF, DKIM, spam‑block best practices). PKI, crypto, and certificate management with ACME/Let’s Encrypt. Experience working in distributed, multi‑cultural teams. Fluent English; French is a plus.
