Power Platform Product Owner

This person will be joining the Modern Workplace Team within TS. The team focuses on digital transformation and productivity enhancements through the expanded use of modern end user computing, collaboration tools, and Agile/DevOps automation. This role is focused on the Microsoft M365 Stack, more specifically: SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate (the team are the admin owners of this environment). We would consider this person a team lead / platform owner. They are not going to be responsible for the hands-on, technical development as there are two senior consultants who handle those responsibilities. This person will be responsible for managing the two senior consultants.


Two main tracks this position is going to be responsible for:

Maintaining a healthy, secure M365 environment (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint)

Promotion of community developers on the platform, low-code community of practice on the M365 platform. Building out a governance and onboarding process. Introducing new people to the platform, training new users and citizen developers. Auditing Power and low-code practices to comply with company standards and regulations.


MUST HAVE

  • Successfully managed or developed a citizen developer effort. Doesn’t necessarily have to be Microsoft, but we want someone with experience in rolling out a low-code citizen development program.
  • Platform owning experience.
  • Successful SharePoint experience. They do not need to be a strong developer by any means, but they need to understand how the platform works, what the components are and how to manage it. If the individual does not have SharePoint experience
  • Next level thinking.


NICE TO HAVE

  • Financial Services experience
  • Agile and DevOps experience
