In this role, you will build strong customer relationships across various communication channels. You'll identify customer needs, provide tailored financial solutions, and maximize sales of goeasy's services. Account management responsibilities include overseeing customer records, processing payments, and conducting empathetic collections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers via phone, email, and in-person
• Assess financial needs to recommend appropriate solutions
• Manage customer accounts, payments, and collections
• Maintain store merchandising standards and organization
• Assist with out-of-store delivery and merchandise arrangement
Requirements:
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-focused with experience in retail or leasing
• Strong multitasking abilities and detail-oriented
• Able to lift 50+ pounds when needed
• Must legally work in Canada and clear background checks
