Job Description The Director of Operations is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and optimizing the overall operations of CFM. Develop Leaders: Mentor and empower managers and teams to foster collaboration and high performance. Manage Resources: Drive financial discipline through budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization. Strengthen Relationships: Build trust with clients and stakeholders while resolving operational challenges quickly. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations within industrial or manufacturing environments. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage budgets, and lead cross‑functional teams. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
