The Senior Data Analyst plays a key role in delivering advanced analytics, scalable reporting, and AI-enabled solutions. This role partners closely with business and technology teams to design robust data pipelines, define metrics, and drive insights that support strategic and operational decisions across the organization. This position is office based, 3 days per week. Key responsibilities include: Lead the design and delivery of strategic reports and dashboards Develop complex and optimized SQL-based data models for analytics and reporting Design and support data pipelines using Azure Databricks technologies Enable and support AI/ML initiatives by preparing high-quality, well-structured datasets Translate business problems into analytical solutions and actionable insights Partner with data science, data engineering and business stakeholders Define and standardize KPIs, metrics, and data definitions Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytics best practices Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data processes The ideal candidate will possess: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred) 5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or reporting roles Advanced SQL expertise with strong performance optimization skills Strong hands-on experience with Azure data products (Azure Databricks, ADF, Synapse, Azure SQL) Experience designing data models for analytics and BI Strong experience with Databricks Dashboards or similar BI tools Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in Python, Spark, and machine learning Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy best practices Telecom industry experience Condition of Employment: As a condition of employment and in order to comply with industry related data security standards, this position is subject to the successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.
