BBA is seeking an experienced professional to oversee its transmission and distribution line design team in Eastern Canada. This role combines technical leadership with people management while supporting various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning operations with business growth priorities, overseeing project coordination, and ensuring high-quality deliverables for clients in the energy and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the transmission and distribution line order book
• Coordinate resources and project assignments effectively
• Lead feasibility studies and technical report generation
• Mentor team members and support their career growth
• Ensure multidisciplinary coordination throughout projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, electrical, or mechanical)
• 10+ years in the transmission and distribution industry
• Experience in consulting and project management
• Proficient in English and French for client collaboration
• Willingness to travel across Canada
