In this role, you'll work on installing software, drafting operational procedures, and creating user guides. Technical support for staff and participation in technology implementation are vital components of this position. Ideal candidates should possess a Diploma of Collegial Studies in computer technology or equivalent qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair network and wireless equipment
• Install software and prepare computers for shipment
• Draft operational procedures and user guides
• Provide technical support to staff at schools
• Collaborate on testing and implementation of technology
Requirements:
• Fluent in two of three working languages
• Strong initiative and autonomy
• Client-oriented with technical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Mac OS and Office 365 experience
• Familiar with SCCM for deployment
Utilize your technical expertise to enhance IT services within educational settings.
