Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven, revenue-focused B2B marketing leader to drive client acquisition, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth. As the Director of Demand Generation & Growth Marketing, you will own and execute Booth & Partners’ B2B demand generation strategy, leveraging inbound marketing, performance marketing, outbound sales enablement, ABM, paid media, and partnerships to scale revenue.
This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on leader with expertise in B2B SaaS, outsourcing, or technology-driven services. You will collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to drive multi-channel demand, shorten sales cycles, and optimize marketing’s revenue contribution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Demand Generation & Revenue Growth
- Own and execute a high-performing demand generation strategy that drives high-intent leads, pipeline growth, and predictable revenue.
- Lead multi-channel demand generation across inbound marketing, performance marketing, paid media, outbound prospecting support, and ABM.
- Optimize conversion rates at every stage of the funnel, from lead acquisition to SQLs and closed-won deals.
- Align with Sales & RevOps to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates and accelerate sales velocity.
- Lead account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Leverage AI-powered marketing automation & personalization to enhance campaign effectiveness.
2. Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Own the annual paid media budget, ensuring high ROI across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and programmatic display.
- Develop high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and ad creatives to drive quality leads.
- Implement full-funnel performance tracking to optimize cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and revenue attribution.
3. Inbound & Content Marketing
- Oversee SEO, content marketing, and thought leadership to generate organic inbound demand.
- Lead the HubSpot Content Hub strategy, ensuring high-impact blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and reports.
- Develop executive thought leadership campaigns to position Booth & Partners as an industry leader.
- Create persona-based content strategies targeting key buyers in SaaS, health tech, e-commerce, logistics, and sustainability.
4. Outbound & Sales Alignment
- Work closely with Sales & SDR teams to execute integrated outbound marketing strategies.
- Develop sales enablement content (pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers) to improve sales conversations.
- Implement LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound email sequences to drive high-value prospect engagement.
- Build data-driven lead scoring and MQL-to-SQL tracking in HubSpot and Zoho CRM.
5. Events & Partnerships
- Develop event-based marketing strategies, including industry conferences, virtual summits, and roundtables.
- Manage strategic partnerships with VCs, PEs, accelerators, SaaS communities, and tech platforms to drive referrals.
- Oversee sponsorship and speaking opportunities to increase brand authority and attract enterprise clients.
6. Data, Analytics & Optimization
- Implement a multi-touch attribution model to track pipeline impact by channel.
- Establish real-time dashboards in HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and Google Analytics for full-funnel visibility.
- Continuously optimize marketing performance based on data insights, adjusting strategy to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Have:
- 10+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in outsourcing, SaaS, or B2B services.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue through demand gen, with experience driving $50M+ in pipeline per year.
- Expertise in ABM, performance marketing, inbound content strategy, and outbound sales support.
- Strong analytical mindset, able to track and optimize marketing-influenced revenue, CAC, and pipeline velocity.
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Content Hub, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience managing multi-million dollar paid media budgets with high ROI.
- Ability to partner with sales teams to drive alignment and optimize lead conversion.
Nice-to-Have:
- Background in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or tech-driven service industries.
- Experience integrating AI-driven personalization in marketing automation workflows.
- Strong executive presence, with experience in speaking engagements, thought leadership, and industry PR.
Success Metrics (First 12 Months)
- Generate $20M-$35M in marketing-sourced pipeline by Year 1.
- This is the equivalent of approximately 1,500 FTEs
- Achieve 20%+ MQL-to-SQL conversion rates through better targeting and nurturing.
- Increase inbound organic lead volume by 50% via SEO & thought leadership.
- Align marketing-sourced revenue with sales pipeline targets, ensuring $100M growth trajectory.
