As Team Lead, you will collaborate with management to maintain smooth store operations and an outstanding customer experience. Your responsibilities include merchandising, coaching, communication, and cash management. You will also support scheduling, loss prevention, and performance priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to sales goals and company performance objectives
- Support opening, closing, cash management, and scheduling routines
- Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards
- Coach team members through training and constructive feedback
- Resolve customer concerns while leading on the sales floor
Requirements:
- Six months of retail leadership or supervisory experience
- Ability to motivate, support, and guide teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of scheduling, cash management, merchandising, and inventory flow
- Fashion knowledge, POS proficiency, and flexible availability
