We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Revenue Strategy Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is critical to driving data‑informed decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company with a product‑led growth (PLG) model serving SMB customers. You will translate complex data into actionable insights to optimize revenue performance, drive pipeline efficiency, and inform strategic GTM initiatives. Key Responsibilities Revenue Forecasting & Modeling: Build and maintain accurate revenue forecasts, scenario analyses, and long‑term financial models to inform strategic planning. Pipeline & Conversion Analytics: Analyze end‑to‑end funnel performance, including conversion rates, deal velocity and pipeline health, to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements. Pricing, Packaging & Monetization: Evaluate pricing strategy, packaging, and monetization levers in partnership with Finance and Product to maximize revenue, retention and customer lifetime value. Capacity, Quota & Incentive Support: Support sales capacity modelling, quota setting, and incentive analysis to ensure alignment between revenue targets and resourcing. Predictive Analytics & Funnel Prioritization: Develop data‑driven insights to prioritize leads, accounts, and segments with the highest expected revenue impact. Top‑of‑Funnel Attribution: Design and maintain attribution frameworks to measure the effectiveness of marketing and demand generation efforts across the funnel. Revenue Performance Diagnostics: Conduct cross‑functional revenue performance analyses across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to surface risks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities. Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic thought partner to RevOps, Finance, and GTM leadership, by delivering insights and recommendations that drive revenue strategy and operational excellence. Qualifications 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Revenue Strategy, or Analytics roles within B2B SaaS environments; PLG experience strongly preferred Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with hands‑on experience in forecasting, modeling, and data visualization Expertise in pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Looker, or similar) Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize and present insights to executive and cross‑functional stakeholders Experience in scaling‑stage SaaS companies serving SMB customers is a plus What we offer (US + Canada) Vacation/Paid Time Off 1st week of employment is mandatory PTO Start your journey with Roofr by decompressing and recharging - we will see you in week 2 1 Friday off per month (we call those our laundry days) Company wide paid shutdown for the week between Christmas and New Years Flexible time off 80% employer paid benefits RRSP/401k match Generous Parental Leave policy Perks We host an annual company retreat with great team building activities Ample learning and development opportunities to continue growing your career Home office setup stipend Internet and phone allowance Remote first culture Weekly Friday paydays AI Notice At Roofr, we’re big fans of AI.
