Bring strong English communication and organization to Jack Astor’s as a Host creating memorable guest experiences. Work alongside restaurant Peeps supporting quality service.
As a Host, you will greet guests, guide them through the menu, and take orders for memorable service. You will support food and beverage standards while attending to guest needs throughout each meal. The role requires previous comparable restaurant experience, Smart Serve Certification, and availability across all operating hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and guide them through the menu
- Take food and beverage orders properly
- Attend to guests’ needs throughout meals
- Support outstanding guest experiences and service
- Share enthusiasm and energy with restaurant Peeps
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a comparable restaurant
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Smart Serve Certification
- English verbal and written communication proficiency
- Strong organization and time management
Use communication, organization, and restaurant experience to deliver memorable guest service as a Host at Jack Astor’s.
