We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. And you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Ours is a culture of friendly competition, which is critical to growing our business — and your success. Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher. Must speak fluent French. Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents within the last three years. No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years. Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. (Please note that our Management Trainee position does not typically fall under an eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) to gain Permanent Residency in Canada) Must have experience or involvement in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, call center, restaurant, or hospitality industry. Come build the future with us EBC is actively seeking an experienced Bid Manager who can use their extensive preconstruction and estimating knowledge to contribute to the continued success and growth of the organization. The successful candidate will be based at our Mississauga office and will lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of high‑quality bids and proposals for institutional, commercial, and industrial building projects. Responsibilities Lead the full bid process from opportunity identification through submission, ensuring all requirements, deadlines, and client expectations are met. Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to identify key deliverables, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate closely with estimators, project managers, design teams, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive and competitive bids. Develop and manage bid schedules, deliverables, and submission timelines. Oversee proposal quality, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with EBC’s brand and technical standards. Coordinate internal reviews and approval processes, including bid strategy meetings and management sign‑offs. Support pricing strategy and risk assessment discussions with estimating and senior leadership. Manage communication with clients and partners throughout the bidding process. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to enhance competitiveness. Contribute to continuous improvement by refining bid templates, tools, and processes. Requirements University degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in bid management, estimating, or preconstruction within the building construction industry. Strong understanding of design‑build, lump‑sum, and construction management procurement models. Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and construction estimating software. Knowledge of scheduling tools is considered an asset. Must be eligible and able to obtain a Level II Federal Security Clearance. Job Summary Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation. Monitor and enforce compliance with all company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate with other departments to meet customer demands and resolve any issues that may arise. Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations and performance metrics. Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food service industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
