Overview Quandela is a leading company in the field of photonic quantum computing. We develop photon-based quantum processors, as well as hardware and software solutions that enable businesses and researchers to harness the power of quantum computation. Through our innovative approach, we support a wide range of clients in sectors such as finance, logistics, and industrial optimization. As part of our expansion in North America, we are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer in Quantum Computing under a VIE contract to join our team in Montreal and contribute to the growth of our activities in this key market. Your Mission Act as the bridge between our technical teams and clients, playing a crucial role in the adoption and integration of our quantum solutions. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that include quantum hardware, quantum algorithms and use cases, cloud and open framework development resources. Present and demonstrate our technologies through workshops, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and training sessions. Collaborate with our Research, Product & Sales teams to ensure successful project solutioning. Conduct technology watch activities and participate in conferences to promote our solutions. Support local teams in expanding Quandela's network of partners and users across North America. Your Profile Education: Master’s degree or engineering diploma in quantum physics, computer science, applied mathematics, or a related field. Technical Skills: Solid understanding of quantum computing concepts, architectures, and ideally photonic technologies. Experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.) is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and pedagogical skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Languages: Fluency in French and English is essential. Requirements Please ensure you meet the eligibility criteria for the VIE program before applying.
