Finance Consulting Analyst – Commercial Real Estate (Ontario) I’m excited to be partnering with a Top 100 Canadian organization to recruit a high-performing Finance Consulting Analyst with deep experience in commercial real estate financing . This role sits at the heart of complex, high-value transactions and is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing sophisticated deals, managing risk, and working closely with internal partners to structure smart financing solutions. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the analysis, guidance, and risk management of high-complexity commercial files , using your financial expertise and business acumen to influence meaningful decisions. What You’ll Do Analyze complex commercial financing files and formulate clear, well-supported recommendations Structure financing packages, including guarantees and follow-up conditions Conduct periodic reviews of financing files Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and applicable regulatory requirements Collaborate closely with colleagues and partners, teamwork is part of the day-to-day What You Bring Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Banking experience analyzing commercial real estate deals over $5M (required) Strong financial and market analysis skills Solid understanding of credit risk across commercial, industrial, institutional, and agricultural markets Bilingual in French and English is an asset Must currently live in Ontario What’s Offered 4 weeks’ vacation Pension plan Enhanced health and wellness bonuses Benefits from day one Strong growth and career development opportunities Please note: Only candidates with the required banking experience analyzing commercial real estate deals over $5M and who reside in Ontario will be contacted.
