Drive grocery department execution at Sobeys through inventory control, sales analysis, accurate pricing, and consistent presentation standards.
This Grocery Supervisor position oversees department operations while coaching and developing friendly, well-trained staff. You will monitor sales data, inventory procedures, weekly specials, and product labeling. You will also support an engaging shopping experience that strengthens customer loyalty, sales, and profit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run, monitor, and analyze grocery department sales reports
- Execute company inventory control procedures consistently
- Ensure accurate product labeling through pricing strategies
- Monitor weekly and in-store specials
- Lead the department according to presentation standards
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 12 months of experience
- Full knowledge of department operations and skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of departmental activities and procedures
Use sales analysis, inventory control, and pricing accuracy to strengthen grocery department performance as Sobeys Supervisor.
