We are looking for a client partner for IT staffing and Services to manage a couple of financial client relationships in the Toronto Area for their IT staffing and service's needs. This is a great opportunity for a qualified resource to service strategic clients with ongoing IT needs. Looking for a dynamic resource local to Toronto area. Below are the responsibilities for the role: Responsibilities Working closely with client stakeholders/hiring managers to understand their current and future needs. Work closely with the recruitment teams to strategize the service model including building a pro‑active pipeline of talent. Reach out to existing and new client contacts to build strong relationships and their upcoming needs for both IT staffing and SOW projects. Develop client relationships with all the relevant stakeholders. Work closely with the global recruitment team and ensure that they are meeting the client expectations for quality and timely recruitment. Develop strategies to be successful for the allocated client account. Develop relationships with local talent to build pipeline of talent for the client needs. Be an ambassador for the company to both the clients and the candidates by offering top level of service. Required Skills Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in supporting enterprise clients servicing IT staffing needs. Any experience with banking/financial services clients will be a big plus. Strong sales/client development skills to drive business with existing and new client contacts. Should be driven by metrics/outcomes. We follow strict metrics around outreach, connects and weekly meeting goals. You will get the required support but should be highly motivated and driven to meet the required goals. Strong understanding of latest IT skill sets and ability to engage with hiring managers in a meaningful conversation. Strong communication and relationship building skills. Should be able to actively and passively develop quality and meaningful relationships. Should be able to multi‑task and manage ongoing requirements while delivering quality outcomes. Excellent work ethics with strong drive to succeed. Extensive industry experience while thoroughly understanding the demands of the industry. Should be a problem solver with an ability to troubleshoot problems. Should enjoy working in an entrepreneurial culture that is outcomes driven.
