Analyste SAP

L’Analyste SAP sera responsable de maintenir, entretenir et améliorer les solutions SAP existantes en optimisant les processus et en contribuant à l’évolution de l’environnement PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT • Supporter principalement les modules MM, WM et PS, répondre aux demandes internes et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus. • Supporter les utilisateurs, analyser les incidents et en assurer la résolution. • Accompagner les clients internes dans la définition de leurs besoins en adoptant une approche globale, au-delà des seules transactions SAP. • Collaborer avec les programmeurs pour les développements et améliorations des applications. • Réaliser les essais, documenter les solutions et communiquer les changements aux utilisateurs. PROFIL • 5+ années d’expérience avec modules MM, WM et PS. • Forte expérience en administration d’applications critiques. • Expérience en projets d’implantation SAP et/ou environnements de support. • Capacité à prendre du recul, comprendre les processus d’affaires et proposer des solutions globales. • Orientation client marquée et excellente capacité à vulgariser des notions techniques. • DEC en informatique ou l’équivalent. • BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent (atout). • Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais). The SAP Analyst will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving existing SAP solutions by optimizing processes and contributing to the evolution of the environment. MORE PRECISELY • Primarily support the MM, WM, and PS modules, respond to internal requests, and contribute to continuous process improvement. • Provide user support, analyze incidents, and ensure their resolution. • Assist internal clients in defining their needs by adopting a holistic approach, going beyond just SAP transactions. • Collaborate with programmers on application development and enhancements. • Conduct testing, document solutions, and communicate changes to users. PROFILE • 5+ years of experience with MM, WM, and PS modules. • Strong experience in administering critical applications. • Experience in SAP implementation projects and/or support environments. • Ability to take a step back, understand business processes, and propose comprehensive solutions. • Strong customer focus and excellent ability to explain technical concepts clearly. • College diploma (DEC) in Computer Science or equivalent. • Bachelor's degree (BAC) in Computer Science or equivalent (an asset). • Bilingualism (French and English) required.
