We’re looking for a Manager of Software Development to lead our development team and help shape the next chapter of our product and company. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for someone who loves building software, mentoring teams, and turning ambitious ideas into shipped features. This role blends technical leadership and hands‑on development , roughly a 60/40 split between leadership and coding making it ideal for an experienced engineer who wants to stay close to the technology while owning delivery and team success.
