Software Developer (Dynamics 365) Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring a Software Developer (Dynamics 365) for one of its clients. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and debug new front‑end and back‑end application solutions to maximize the performance of the systems. Develop database objects, Dynamics entities, and structures to maintain, enhance, and extend the systems and functionality. Document application solutions, plans, and results for testing and implementation, including back‑out processes as per departmental change management policy. Train other members of the team in Dynamics administration, development, and deployment. Maintain adherence to industry standards, best practices, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and Information Systems and Corporate policies. Monitor system performance, eliminating bottlenecks and resolving issues as needed. Provide troubleshooting, debugging, and systems integrity monitoring on a regular, ongoing basis. Necessary Qualifications Has strong 5+ years of experience with Visual Studio, .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework. Strong 5+ years of experience with Azure (Web Apps, SQL/NoSQL Databases, AD B2C, etc.). Strong 5+ years’ experience with web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript. 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Git. 5+ years of hands‑on experience with MS SQL Server and T‑SQL. 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Custom Plugins/Workflows/Actions. 5+ years of hands‑on experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, build automation, test automation, etc.). 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Managed Solutions/Environments/Deployments. Expert knowledge of SSL/TLS, SSO, SAML, and OAuth web security protocols. Expert knowledge of AODA standards and WCAG 2.1 Level AA or higher. Current knowledge of IIS and familiarity with Windows Server. Current knowledge of Agile practices. Salary Range Contract: 50 – 90 CAD/hr, depending on experience level.
