Responsibilities Web Design and Development Develop and maintain client websites using Webflow and WordPress , ensuring they are visually appealing, interactive, user-friendly, and fully functional. Customize websites using page builders (ex: Elementor within WordPress) to meet client specifications and branding guidelines. Integrate custom functionalities and features as needed. Ensure websites are optimized for SEO, scalability, and mobile responsiveness. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner. Project Management Work with a Project Manager to manage multiple web projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are satisfied with the final product. Collaborate with Mash strategists and other team members to ensure projects are aligned with overall campaign goals. Continuous Learning and Improvement Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and tools. Continuously improve technical skills, particularly in Webflow, WordPress, and Figma through self-directed learning and professional development opportunities. Participate in team meetings and share knowledge and insights with colleagues to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. The Experience & Qualifications You Bring Strong proficiency in Webflow (mandatory), WordPress (mandatory), and Figma (desired, optional). Experience with other web development and design platforms is an asset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Passionate about cause marketing and making a positive impact in the community.
