In this hands-on position, you will report to the Production Supervisor and help oversee operations at the concrete plant. Responsibilities include managing truck deliveries, loading mixer trucks, and working with both the dispatch system and raw material monitoring. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within the dynamic ready-mix industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the flow of mixer trucks for efficient deliveries
• Use computerized systems for scheduling and loading
• Communicate operational updates with the Production Supervisor
• Ensure batching is performed to specifications
• Maintain quality control and safe operation
Requirements:
• Strong commitment to learning and reliability
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Good mechanical and communication skills
• BC driver’s license required
• Experience in construction or heavy equipment is a plus
