Infosys Test Analyst Infosys is seeking a Test Analyst. As a Test Analyst, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert, reviewing the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design, and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications At least 2 years of Information Technology experience Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga/Toronto, ON or be willing to relocate to one of these areas Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution (will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education) Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply; Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time Technical and Professional Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in software test automation Experience of data migration and ETL testing, ensuring data integrity and completeness in GCP and/or Azure cloud environments Utilize advanced SQL skills for data validation, transformation, and troubleshooting Develop and maintain automated test scripts using open‑source toolkits such as Python and/or Java Implement test strategy and approach aligned with project goals Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, demonstrating leadership in driving data quality assurance Experience in Power BI, and Qlik testing is preferred Responsibilities Interface with client stakeholders and deliver quality assurance via automated tests, defect identification, and retest, and provide daily test status reporting Responsible for creation and/or enhancement of test automation frameworks Participate in project estimations, provide inputs and participate in automation code reviews, and present to customers Ensure continuous knowledge/lean documentation management of the artifacts being built and adherence to the client’s guidelines and processes Key contributor to building efficient programs/systems to help clients navigate their next digital transformation journey Additional Preferred Skills Knowledge of more than one automation scripting technology and automation tool Analytical abilities, strong technical skills, good communication skills Awareness of latest technologies and trends Good problem‑solving, analytical and debugging skills The Job Entails The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. Estimated Annual Compensation Ontario: $66,183 to $79,913.
