You bring expertise across everyday banking, investments and credit, providing a robust Advice Experience for complex personal and business needs. What will you do? Manage a team delivering an exceptional client experience through advice and full RBC capability. Champion digital enablement by educating clients to self‑serve and encouraging interaction in their channel of choice. Lead from the front, engaging clients inside and outside the branch with complex advice solutions and modelling teamwork to meet client needs. Remain locally connected and actively motivate your team and RBC Partners to connect with clients and Centers of Influence. Strategically manage capacity across the Advisor team leveraging skills, mobility and understanding of traffic flow to drive client contacts. Role model, coach and champion our Leadership Model, consistently demonstrating empathy, kindness and understanding of employee, colleague and client circumstances. Speak up for and about inclusion, creating conditions where team members and clients’ uniqueness are appreciated and valued, so everyone feels belonging and can achieve full potential. Develop and coach your team on proficiency and capability, focusing on employee movement through proficiency levels to drive performance and enable future career progression. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Open to relocate to a Northern BC branch. Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course). Completed Branch Compliance Officer course offered by the Canadian Securities Institute, or ability to write an exam within 4 months of start date. Entrepreneurial business acquisition mindset. Nice-to-have Experience in both business and personal banking. Minimum 3 years in a people management role. Canada (excluding Quebec): Completed DFSA designation offered through the Canadian Securities Institute. Quebec: Completed Certificate of Achievement – Personal Finance offered through the Canadian Securities Institute. What’s in it for you?
