This Sales Executive Apprenticeship develops customer-focused skills across traditional, hybrid, and electronic vehicles. You will learn eMobility, EV components, batteries, charging, dealership systems, and vehicle sales. A dedicated mentor supports workplace learning alongside training at the Volkswagen Group National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer eMobility questions and redirect complex queries
- Recommend electrified vehicles based on customer needs
- Explain EV components, batteries, and charging clearly
- Prepare vehicle offers covering finance, insurance, and accessories
- Negotiate vehicle sales and coordinate customer deliveries
Requirements:
- Customer-focused, forward-thinking approach to learning
- Ambitious, enthusiastic, and hardworking attitude
- Willingness to travel to Milton Keynes for training
- Interest in traditional, hybrid, and electronic vehicles
- Commitment to an 18-month apprenticeship programme
