Job Responsibilities Understand and implement dealership sales process Present and demonstrate inventory Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification Training and utilization of Customer Management System (CRM) To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work weekends Negotiating and closing sales Meeting monthly sales targets Education And/or Experience Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
