Job Location Location: Toronto, ON Job Description We are seeking an experienced QA specialist to lead testing efforts for our systems and applications. The role requires a strong background in quality assurance, test management, and experience in banking or financial domain. Responsibilities Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with business objectives. Lead end‑to‑end test management (Agile and waterfall), including test planning, execution, and reporting. Compile and interpret test reports, and analyze system performance. Conduct system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications. Develop and maintain automated API and UI tests using tools such as ReadyAPI, SoapUI, Katalon, or Selenium. Integrate automated tests into the Continuous Integration framework and version control systems. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met. Qualifications Minimum 6‑8 years of experience in QA, test lead, or senior QA analyst roles. Strong knowledge of HP ALM Quality Center, Confluence, JIRA, and other testing tools. Experience with Agile methodology, SDLC, test concepts and metrics. Proficiency in API testing (ReadyAPI/SoapUI), automated UI testing (Katalon/Selenium), and programming in Java, Groovy, or related languages. Experience with Git, Maven, Postman, Jenkins, SQL Developer. Background in banking, payments or financial domain is required. Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
