We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Java Developer with experience in Java back-end development. The Role Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Java and Spring/Spring Boot frameworks. Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices and design patterns. Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Design and manage RESTful APIs and microservices. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to continuous improvement. Develop unit and integration tests to ensure quality and maintainability. Integrate third-party APIs and external systems as required. Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with industry standards. Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices for deployment and monitoring. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Java back-end development. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis). Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions. Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Experience with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
