You've led Phase II ESAs, managed groundwater sampling programs, and navigated complex remediation projects. As our Field Team Manager, you'll be the vital link between boots-on-the-ground operations and strategic planning, ensuring our teams have everything they need to succeed while maintaining our uncompromising safety standards. Your Impact Lead with Purpose Direct weekly field operations, strategically deploying teams and resources across Alberta and Saskatchewan Be the calm voice of reason when challenges arise, providing rapid solutions that keep projects moving Bridge the gap between field realities and office expectations, translating both ways fluently Develop Tomorrow's Talent Transform eager graduates into confident field professionals through hands-on mentorship Build trust with everyone from fresh college grads to seasoned safety auditors with 30+ years under their belt Create a culture where continuous learning and safety excellence go hand-in-hand Drive Operational Excellence Champion our safety program as an active JHSC member, conducting audits that matter Maintain pristine training records and certification tracking that passes any scrutiny Ensure field documentation meets both regulatory requirements and client expectations—first time, every time What Sets You Apart Technical Foundation Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in environmental science, engineering, or related field Experience in including Tier 2 Assessments, SSRAs, and SST Assessments is considered an asset Deep knowledge of Alberta Tier 1/2 Guidelines, Saskatchewan EQGs, and PNG045 Directive Minimum of 2 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing team members.
