Base pay range CA$70,000.00/yr - CA$75,000.00/yr Job Description: We are seeking an eager, high-energy engineering professional to join our team in a fast-paced, high-impact manufacturing environment. As a Capital Project Engineer , you will play a key role in supporting capital projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives across our production operations. You'll gain hands-on experience with equipment, suppliers, and internal teams while building the foundation for a rewarding engineering career. Key Responsibilities Managing the planning and execution of capital projects. Assist with budget tracking, cost estimates, and vendor coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, quality, and safety to support continuous improvement initiatives. Identify and implement process optimizations to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Maintain accurate documentation including project plans, equipment specifications, and process changes. Participate in team meetings, present project updates, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
