As a Site Reliability Engineer Intern at IBM, you will engage in a collaborative, agile environment to support system monitoring and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for maintaining system reliability through troubleshooting, deploying configuration changes, and ensuring optimal performance of production environments. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing client experiences and business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor the health and performance of production systems
• Collaborate on troubleshooting to assess production issues
• Apply CI/CD tools for effective service deployment
• Support security and maintenance operations regularly
• Work with product teams to resolve client issues
Requirements:
• Knowledge of system monitoring and troubleshooting strategies
• Familiar with Linux and scripting languages like Python
• Experience or interest in automation and CI/CD tools
• Understanding of cloud services like IBM Cloud or AWS
• Experience with Kubernetes and monitoring tools
