With a strong commitment to safety, the company participates in multiple COR safety programs (NBCSA, NSCSA, ContractorsCheck, & ISN). Role Description This full‑time on‑site Superintendent role will oversee and manage construction projects upholding the company's long established policies & values. Responsibilities include supervising construction site operations, managing subcontractors, assisting in planning monitoring & recovery of schedule when required. Record keeping includes maintaining field safety/inspections, obtaining required documents, approvals, scheduling & coordinating the planned work while communicating effectively with project stakeholders & consultants. Qualifications Proven experience in project supervision, team leadership, and management of construction crews Thorough knowledge of construction methods, ohs / safety protocols, and building codes Strong organizational skills for scheduling, and quality control Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to coordinate with stakeholders Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents Flexibility and problem‑solving skills to adapt to project demands and resolve issues efficiently Familiarity with construction management software and related tools Relevant certifications or education in construction, engineering, or a related field Prior experience in commercial, industrial, or multi‑unit residential projects is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
