Identity Access Management Consultant – Senior Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Company: VLink Inc, headquartered in Connecticut, established 2006, a leading digital technology services and consulting company. Job Description Role Overview The Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant will provide hands‑on development, customization, integration, and operational support for enterprise‑level Identity, Certificate, and Secure Access services within the Ontario Public Service (OPS). The role focuses on Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle IAM Suite Plus, PKI, Entrust, OAuth2/OIDC integrations, and secure application modernization. Key Responsibilities Design and develop solutions to resolve existing PKI and,$(ORACLE Identity Manager (OIM) issues Implement new features for identity and certificate management systems Ensure OPS/BPS Secure modules comply with GO-ITS 25 security standards Develop and support solutions enabling client applications to migrate off OPS/BPS Secure Services Provide full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) support including: Requirements analysis and technical design Development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support եթե"} Develop, test, and deploy: Custom OIM schedulers, adapters, plugins, connectors, and UI components Scripts, reports, queries, procedures, and automation tools Evaluate, recommend, install, and configure IAM‑related tools Provide development support for performance, capacity, and consumption reporting Produce technical documentation, operational procedures, and maintenance guides Support change, release, and incident management activities following ITIL practices Mandatory Skills & Experience Identity & Access Management (40%) 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise IAM solutions Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) development, including OIM API and workflow development 3+ years of experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus 3+ years developing and integrating OAuth2 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) solutions Experience implementing IAM solutions supporting 10,000+ registered users Experience with PKI, Entrust , and certificate lifecycle management Technical Skills & Platform Experience (30%) Application Development Java (OpenJDK 8 & 11 ) – 5+ years Spring Boot (4.x) Angular 12 & 14 (2+ years using/customizing Angular UI libraries) #J-18808-Ljbffr
