Build distribution experience with Carter’s in Cambridge, Ontario, working Monday through Friday on the afternoon shift in an on-site warehouse.
This full-time Seasonal Associate contract runs from November through January 2027 at Carter’s Canada Distribution Centre. Reporting to the Afternoon Supervisor, you will help process orders for Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Skip*Hop, and Little Planet. The work requires accuracy, focus, safe equipment use, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain department housekeeping, health, and safety standards
- Pick quantities accurately into outbound cartons
- Pack cartons and apply shipping and content labels
- Replenish inventory and complete assigned cleanup tasks
- Support Carter’s culture and values with Associates
Requirements:
- At least one year of work experience preferred
- Distribution or manufacturing experience preferred
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrate detail orientation and sustained focus
- Work varying shifts and extended hours when needed
