The Successful Candidate's Responsibilities Will Include Support and maintain production processes, equipment, and spaces Carry out manufacturing projects to improve production layout, processes, jigs, fixtures, and equipment Write and maintain procedures for production processes and production control Support orders through production The Ideal Candidate For This Position Will Have A College Diploma or University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 1-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment A high level of critical thinking and accountability Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Process driven, self-motivated, and demonstrates the ability to take initiative Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others A basic understanding of HVAC, controls, and mechanical systems would be an asset Aptitude with hand tools At Antec Controls, we believe in hiring based on team fit.
