Working directly with analysis & diligence project leads, you will ensure that work progresses at an appropriate pace and take the lead on first drafts of most analyses and deliverables. Additionally, you will work with relevant stakeholders across the organization and support post-closing action items such as reporting, accounting, and integration hand-offs, leveraging the understanding of the prospective partner firms gained during diligence.
