Seasonal fan apparel sales associates at Lids help customers discover licensed team products while supporting store presentation, inventory, and revenue.
Lids Sports Group brings sports, fashion, and culture together through headwear and apparel from collegiate and professional teams. In this seasonal retail role, you provide each customer with an exceptional Lids experience and maintain expertise in products and services. You also follow visual guidelines, dress standards, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers seeking team pride and personal style
- Maintain professional appearance according to the dress code
- Follow current visual guidelines for sales and signage
- Assist with accurate, timely product counts
- Support all Lids Retail procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills for customer-facing retail service
- Professional verbal communication skills
- Ability to constantly stand and frequently walk
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to frequently operate point-of-sale technology
