Job Summary HR Service Jobs is actively seeking a skilled and creative Web Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to client specifications. As a Web Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and product to develop innovative web solutions that drive user engagement and business results. Key Responsibilities Develop functional and appealing web-based applications based on usability. Maintain and improve existing websites and web applications. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using best practices. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers to produce visually appealing, intuitive features. Troubleshoot and debug issues across a variety of browsers and devices. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them into operations and activities. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Experience with back-end development using PHP, Python, Node.js, or similar. Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards. Knowledge of version control tools like Git. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills. Experience 1-3 years of proven experience in web development. Freshers with strong portfolios or personal projects are encouraged to apply. Prior experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla) is a plus. Working Hours Flexible working hours based on project deadlines and team collaboration. Availability for occasional meetings during core working hours (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST/EST/GMT based on your location). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong attention to detail and an eye for design. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Passion for continuous learning and self-development.
