Division Overview Crown’s Beverage Division manufactures a variety of packaging solutions for soft drinks, craft beers, coffees, teas, and new energy drinks. Crown Beverage leads the industry with innovative technologies that redefine how the world looks at beverage cans. Responsibilities Safety & Quality minded with willingness for excellence required in all aspects of the job. Operate one or more automated machines or equipment for the production of aluminum cans. Keep lines flowing, make continuous quality checks, and perform minor adjustments to conveyor belts and various factory equipment. Provide accurate and continuous quality checks and recordkeeping. Understand and follow verbal instructions for completion of assigned tasks. Keep Production Supervisors/Managers informed of operational status of equipment and production issues. Follow standard operating procedures. Work effectively in a team environment. Perform other related duties as required. Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area. Job Requirements 3+ years of production experience and knowledge of production equipment and mechanical operations in a manufacturing environment. Valid forklift license. Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at the same time. Effective written and verbal communication skills. History focused on quality and safety. Mechanically inclined. Understanding of line continuity. Must be able to work twelve‑hour shifts, rotating day and night shift on a 4 on – 4 off schedule. Must have impeccable time and attendance.
