Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Foreman/Crew Lead role at Applied Industrial Flooring. The Foreperson will supervise projects, operate heavy equipment, communicate with team members and clients, perform tasks, and ensure proper installations. The role will be located in Halifax, NS, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills, Equipment Operation, Communication
  • Epoxy and Coatings skills
  • Experience in the industrial flooring or construction industry
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
  • Knowledge of concrete polishing and repair techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
  • Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety regulations
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
