As a Keyholder, you will have a critical role in maintaining the store's success at Pet Valu. This position requires at least two years of retail experience, expertise in customer service, and a working knowledge of POS systems. You will assist with all operations, supervisory tasks, and help promote a compassionate and efficient shopping experience for pet lovers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate cash register and facilitate customer sales
• Prepare merchandise orders and manage related paperwork
• Stock small items efficiently in the sales area
• Maintain cleanliness through sweeping and dusting
• Assist with unloading inventory up to 50 lbs
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Must have reliable transportation
