We’re expanding our roster and looking for an experienced corporate & commercial lawyer licensed in Nova Scotia to support our clients. Scope of Work Review and advise on Terms of Service and other commercial agreements. Review Independent Contractor agreements and assess compliance with Nova Scotia law. Identify legal risks and recommend practical, business-focused solutions. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 8+ years of experience practicing law. Licensed to practice in Nova Scotia and in good standing with the Law Society. Strong experience with commercial contracts and independent contractor relationships.
