Take initiatives for competency building and skill enhancements Indirect responsibility for driving revenue growth by capturing new customer accounts and growing them over multiple years Drive business generation, presales activities & end-to-end solutions to build winning proposals Your Skills and Experience: Fluency in French (spoken and written) and proficiency in English. 8-10years of professional experience with intense exposure to SAPprojectdeliveryand presalestoglobalcustomers Experience in SCM (EWM, TM, Yard), Logistics or S/4HANA as a Project Manager and/or Consultant is a strong advantage Strong experience in SAP Consulting, and project managementwith deep functional Knowledge of Supply Chainlogisticsprocesses Demonstrated ability to exceed performance expectations in revenue generation and client relationship management. Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) in English, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels. Team management experience, guiding individual consultants and collaborating with local/global teams. Successful delivery of multiple SAP projects (ERP, Supply Chain applications) covering the full project lifecycle: Business process understanding To-Be solution design in SAP Solution validation with business owners Design and development of RICEFW objects in ECC, S/4HANA, EWM, or TM applications Presales experience: collaborating with SAP teams, solution and proposal preparation, effort estimation, client presentations, fee negotiations, and finalizing SoW. Must be able to travel to the U.S. without any sponsorship requirements.
