AI Technical Product Manager – Startup Scaling & Growth We are hiring an AI Technical Product Manager to scale and grow an AI startup from its seeding phase into a high‑impact business. This role is for a fast‑paced, high‑growth, remote position based anywhere in Canada. Description Join us at DockMaster Software or Aspire Software and be part of an agile start‑up pod that blends entrepreneurship with strong corporate support. You will identify AI opportunities, deliver innovative solutions for our customers, and oversee the operations and strategy of an AI Business Unit focused on one of our vertical markets. Responsibilities Develop and execute the unit’s overall strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving growth of AI offerings within the vertical. Execute against a playbook: build a proof‑of‑concept, recruit and mentor a high‑performing team, and scale operations once validated. Build and optimize workflows for customer onboarding, support, and internal processes to ensure scalability and efficiency. Establish metrics and KPIs to measure and improve performance across all functions. Lead the development, deployment, and commercialization of AI‑driven solutions; oversee PoC validation within weeks. Collaborate with AI engineers and customers to refine solutions for real‑world impact. Foster a high‑performance culture that encourages agility, execution, and innovation while maintaining a startup mentality. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine strategy and offerings; integrate customer feedback into product development. Qualifications At least a Bachelor’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Product Management, Engineering, Business or related discipline. Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their commercial applications. Experience leading and inspiring teams in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment. Entrepreneurial background or experience building/scaling a business unit, startup, or high‑growth venture (plus). Fluent in English (written and verbal) and ability to work US Central Hours. Legally authorized to work in Canada. No strict experience requirements—mindset, energy, and ability to execute are key.
