Ensure team understands the connection between store financial success and the wireless department. Lead and model selling by cultivating a selling culture with associates to achieve current goals and targets. Lead and model unlocking the whole store play by engaging with customers and associates in other departments. Effectively resolve customer concerns and escalates to management when appropriate. Perform follow‑up calls to solicit feedback on sales and promote additional products and services where applicable. Take opportunities to identify and grow new business opportunities and prospects such as generating referrals and participating in outreach activities. Work with various market leaders including General Manager, Divisional Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Retail Sales, and Services Manager to target and generate business sales leads and referrals. Provide management with relevant sales information. Participate in the recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes within their department. Be accountable for training and coaching associates in all aspects of sales and customer engagement. Understand and adhere to all asset protection and privacy policies, and coach others to do so as well. Qualifications Completion of post‑secondary education is preferred. 2+ years of Wireless Sales experience. 1+ years in a supervisory role with direct accountability for achieving sales targets is preferred. Ability to resolve client concerns in a diplomatic manner. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize efficiently to effectively handle their daily responsibilities and serve our customers. Capacity to work independently and seek out assistance as required.
