About the Role We’re looking for an AI Platform Manager to own deployment, configuration, and governance of our Gemini Enterprise instance on Google Cloud Platform. In this strategic enablement role you’ll be the internal subject‑matter expert, ensuring the platform is secure, compliant, and accessible to internal teams. Responsibilities Setup & Configuration: Lead initial setup, environment configuration (development, staging, production) and ongoing administrative management of Gemini Enterprise on GCP. Security & Governance: Manage IAM permissions, enforce data security and residency policies and ensure compliance with internal standards. Usage & Cost Management: Monitor utilization, track usage against budgets and define strategies to optimize compute and API costs. Troubleshooting: First line of defense for platform issues, diagnose configuration problems and coordinate with GCP support. Stakeholder Partnership: Act as liaison between Gemini and internal teams (Product, Customer Success, HR) to identify high‑value use cases. Connector Definition: Define data connectors, external API integrations and internal data sources needed for AI agents; translate requirements to Engineering specifications. Internal Enablement: Develop documentation, run training sessions and promote responsible use of Gemini across the organization. Roadmap Advocacy: Maintain relationship with GCP account team, stay ahead of Gemini road‑map and convey Everflow’s feature requests. Support Management: Manage support relationship for platform issues and feature requests, ensuring timely resolution and communication to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: 3+ years in Technical Administrator, Cloud Operations, or Platform Management, ideally in enterprise SaaS or cloud‑native apps. Hands‑on experience with GCP administration (IAM, Vertex AI, etc.). Proven ability to manage complex enterprise software—config, security, and usage controls. Excellent communication and analysis skills, translating business needs into technical requirements. Solid conceptual understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and data connectors/APIs for AI agents. Preferred: Direct administrative experience with Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI or another LLM‑as‑a‑Service offering. Experience using ticketing systems and bug reporting for a major cloud vendor. Familiarity with data governance and security practices in a regulated environment. Compensation Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 CAD per year. Bonus potential available.
