Located in Lévis, the Les Marronniers residence offers a friendly atmosphere where it is stimulating to work. We have a dedicated and caring team for independent elderly people with a slight loss of autonomy.We are currently looking for a person to fill a part-time night beneficiary attendant (PAB) position. The person must have their Law 90 training.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: a 7/14 night shift from 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
  • Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
  • Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
  • Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
  • Respond to all emergency situations
  • While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Formation of PDSB
  • Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training
  • Law 90 training (an asset)
