You will play a critical role in resolving discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and improving payment handling processes while communicating effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process ad hoc payment requests through check or credit card
• Review documentation and approvals before processing payments
• Coordinate with requestors to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure timely payments according to company policies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in an office or corporate environment
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Basic understanding of payment terms and methods
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Asset: Experience in Finance or Accounting for 1 year
