Responsibilities Develop & maintain excellent working relationships with senior‑level clients, and internal & external agency partners. Manage client accounts confidently and with autonomy. Succeed in maintaining industry‑leading client satisfaction scores. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of teams and handle all personnel requirements for immediate staff including training and development. Be responsible for financial oversight of client budgets, managing client revenues, and unearthing opportunities for organic growth. Ensure best practices are used across the department, and that value‑add insights are delivered to clients across all stages of projects. Contribute to thought leadership and agency culture. Support on new business development. Qualifications 8+ years of media experience (with at least two years in a management or senior leadership level role spent leading multiple pieces of business). Prior experience in a multichannel, offline & online media planning role within a media agency. Thorough knowledge of planning for all digital channels, TV, radio, outdoor, print, search, etc. Effective communicator with strong storytelling capabilities. Excellent client service and relationship management skills, with a focus on collaboration. Experience with strategic connections planning and customer journey mapping. Previous people management experience (a must). A positive, problem‑solving attitude & approach to working.
