IAM Analyst

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business System Analyst with a focus on IAM.

• Familiarity with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and other similar tools.

• Strong knowledge of IAM and Active Directory technologies.

• Experience in creating technical IAM documentation, including flow diagrams and system configurations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Relevant certifications in IAM or related fields are a plus.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess Identity and Access Management (IAM) requirements within the organization.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business system requirements.

• Utilize IAM platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and other related tools to implement and manage access controls.

• Demonstrate expertise in IAM and Active Directory (AD) technologies.

• Create and maintain technical IAM documentation, including process flows, architecture diagrams, and system configurations.

• Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures to ensure secure access management.

• Participate in the design and implementation of IAM solutions to meet business needs.

• Conduct periodic reviews and audits of access controls to ensure compliance with security policies.

• Provide technical support and assistance to resolve IAM-related issues.
